15 oz can black beans, drained
1 cup frozen corn
1 medium zucchini, diced
ΒΌ cup chopped fresh cilantro
14.4 oz can fat free chicken broth
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
Spinach or your favorite kind of lettuce
