I can sit here and tell you that these nibbles are completely from scratch, a family-generated recipe with ingredients straight from the farmers market. Nope....sorry these festive treats are from a mix based with a few of my special added "touches." Since the holidays are a little more clumped together this year aka. Thanksgiving + Chanukah = Thanukkah...time is certainly "of the essence" in my home. Now, having made cake balls a few times in before, I have learned a tiny
1 box Duncan Hines Classic Carrot Cake Mix; with called for ingredients (minus one egg)
1 16 oz. tub of cream cheese frosting
1 package white chocolate chips
1/2 cup purple raisins
1 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 cup apple sauce
Glitter sprinkles of your choice (I used stars for this one)
vegetable oil (to enhance white chocolate melting)
