A classic carrot cake cupcake with a modern sweetly spiced update!

8 Tbsp. Butter, melted
2 C. A-P Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
1 tsp. Cardamom
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Ginger
2 tsp. Allspice
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 C. Granulated sugar
4 Eggs
2/3 C. Cashews, roasted, salted and chopped
8 Tbsp. Butter, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) Package cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
3 1/2 C. Powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp. Milk
