1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. ginger
1/2 c. brown sugar

1/2 c. plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
4 T. butter, softened
1 t. vanilla
1 c. carrots, shredded
1 c. kale, finely chopped
1/2 c. golden raisins
zest of 1 orange
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. nutmeg
1/2 t. ginger
