A quick easy to make spicy Asian chopped salad. The dressing is made from scratch.

1/2 cup Mae Ploy Sweet Chili Sauce – it’s in the Asian section of your grocery store
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 heaping tablespoon peanut butter
2 cloves minced garlic
2 heads romaine
1/3 head of green cabbage – thinly sliced
1/2 red onion – cut into thin slices
1 cucumber – peeled and cut into bite sized pieces
