This is a quick, delicious soup that comes together in no time. Perfect for an easy weeknight meal!

3 (15-oz) cans black beans, drained & rinsed
1 T onion flakes
1 1/2 cups vegetable or chicken broth
1 c salsa
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp chopped cilantro
1 chipotle chile in adobo sauce, minced, with 1 T of the sauce
2 (4-oz) cans green chiles
salt to taste
several grinds of pepper
