This is all time favorite snacks having with hot tea . This is maharashtrian recipe. Every one is making vadi with different varieties. This is my way to make it. I am sure that every one going to love this. Tip:- Before start making this make sure that you will have more cilantro .

10-15 cup of chopped cilantro
3 tbsp garlic ,Ginger Paste
1 tbsp chopped green chili
2 tbsp chat masala powder
½ cup curry leaves
1 tbsp red chili powder
2 cup besan (Gram flour)
1 tbsp corn flour or rice flour
2 cup water
1 tbsp asafetida
1 tbsp turmeric powder
2 tbsp sesame seed (Til)
1 tbsp cumin
4 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
3 tbsp garlic ,Ginger Paste

1 Take hot pan ,Add oil . then Add cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chili, curry leaves Let it fry 2 min .
