4-6 lb bone-in pork shoulder roast
2 medium onions ( chopped )
4 cloves garlic ( crushed )
3/4 c apple cider vinegar
3/4 c light brown sugar
2 Tbls chili powder
2 Tbls Worcestershire sauce
18 oz barbecue sauce ( divided )
2 Tbls mustard
Caramelized Onions
4 onions ( sliced )
2 Tbls olive oil
1 tsp salt
