So like everyone we are trying to find ways to eat healthier and a similar omelet at Mimi's Restaurant one day and fell in love, so I decided I would make my own, but add my own little twist. I made these for my soon to be brother in law and he had 4 of them, SCORE! My family loves these so much, we have already had them 4 times this week :)

1 Tbsp Mrs Dash garlic and herb
1 Tbsp minced onion (dried)
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
2 Tbsp feta cheese
about 1/8 cup spinach, we like more so we pile it on.

Beat the eggs add the seasonings and pour into buttered pan, I then add the spinach and the feta cheese and cook until brown and flip the egg and cook until brown on other side, usually about 2-3 min on...
