A moist and delicious meatball for dinner.

10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 c marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
2/3 c Italian three cheese blend (Romano, Parmesan, Asiago)
20.8 oz ground turkey (93/7)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 t salt
