Spinach Scrambled Eggs

You can eat these eggs with burritos for breakfast or by themselves.

2-3 tablespoon of oil or butter
1/2 cup of onion Chopped
1 clove garlic chopped
3-4 eggs
salt and pepper
1 handful of spinach
1.Add the Oil in the pan. Let it sit for a while until the oil get a little hot. 2. Chop the onion and garlic. Add the onion and garlic in the pan. Stir until it gets caramelized. 3. Add the eggs , spinach and add the salt and pepper.
