Ingredients:-1 and 1/2 cup of refined flour,100 g softened butter,1 cup castor sugar,1 tea spoon cardamom powder,2 egg,1 tea spoon baking powder. 1/2 tea spoon baking soda.
FOR BAKING:-Small rack, 1 oven prove medium size round glass vessel
Method:- mix all the dry ingredients, and shift them 2 or three times. in a bowl take the butter and sugar and mix it well, make it floppy, then add egg and beat it properly, add the dry mixture and make a smooth batter, if u feel that batter is very stiff u can add 1 spoon warm water, mix together and pour it in the greased dish. Preheat your oven on 180 degree for about 5 minutes, then put that in and bake for 22 minutes. And your sponge is ready.
