Delicious, thick almond milk without any of the preservatives found in the store-bought brands. With a little planning, this recipe is easy and quick!

1 cup almonds (sprouted is best, otherwise raw), soaked overnight in filtered water
4 cups filtered water
3 dates, soaked for 1 hour in hot water
1/2 vanilla bean, seeds scraped
pinch of salt
