Steak Tacos with Crispy Bacon

Hubby says bacon is perfect with everything and was on board the taco train when I said I was making steak tacos. These were tender and delicious and topped with a fat free adobo sour cream sauce.

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small yellow onion (chopped)
1 bunch cilantro (leaves taken of the stems)
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
1/2 teaspoon adobo sauce ((more if you like extra heat))
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 medium lime
2 top round steaks (sliced into 2 inch strips)
3 twists McCormick's Garlic Herb Grinder
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 small corn or flour tortillas
4oz Cotija cheese ((or substitute cheddar))
1 medium haas avocado (sliced)
4 strips bacon (cooked and chopped)
