1 3/4 Cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
3 eggs - slightly beaten
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
1 1/4 Cup mashed banana (really ripe and mushy)
1/2 Cup coconut oil melted
1/4 Cup applesauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray with a non stick spray a loaf pan.
Add together flour, baking soda and salt - set aside.
Blend together eggs, banana, coconut oil and applesauce. After blending for a few minutes add in dry ingredients gradually until mixed well.
Pour into prepared loaf pan.
