1 ½ C. grate Carrots
½ C. Strawberry Puree
Strawberry or Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
Mix Flour, Nutmeg and Baking Soda.
Mix Sugar, Oil and Eggs.
Stir in Flour mixture, Carrots and Puree until just blended.
Pour into pan.
Bake until center of cake springs back to the touch.
