Strawberry Orange Trifle

This particular strawberry trifle looked spectacular! And, it tasted even better. It was super light and very refreshing – perfect for a summer get-together.

2 pints fresh strawberries, sliced
2 11 oz cans mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp orange juice
1 loaf of pound cake
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 cup sour cream
