Chex cereal came up with the genius idea of coating the cereal in peanut butter and chocolate... now the varieties of this crunchy sweet snack are endless, and this one is my personal favorite! It tastes like the crunchies on the outside of a Goody's Eclair Bar... ENJOY!

2 boxes Rice Chex
20oz White Candy Melt
10oz Red Candy Melt
10oz Pink Candy Melt
1 box Strawberry Cake Mix
3 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
Pink/Red/White M&M Candies (optional)

Step 1 Pour one box of rice chex into a very large mixing bowl. Pour 1.5 Cups of powdered sugar into ziploc bag. Melt 20 ounces of white candy melt in a microwave safe bowl for 1 minute and stir. Continue...
