This soup is lick the bowl clean good. It has only four ingredients and is very quick to put together. Perfect for hot summer days when nobody want to cook. Blend it up in the morning and put it in the fridge and dinner is done when you get home. In the words of my daughter, it is the best soup ever.

½ cup orange juice
2 pounds fresh strawberries, halved (8 cups)
