Strawberry Spinach Salad with Balsamic Vinaigrette

I love the combination of strawberries and balsamic vinegar! This simple salad is attractive on the plate, but also tastes fresh and sweet for spring.

For the Vinaigrette:
Makes approximately ¼ c. (enough for 4 servings of greens)

¾ teaspoon red wine vinegar
¾ Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt
Pinch of pepper
3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

For the salad:

Approximately 2 quarts (4 servings) baby spinach
Approximately 1 cup sliced strawberries
½ c. sliced almonds, toasted
Combine vinegars, salt and pepper in a small bowl with a whisk. Add oil and whisk until smooth. Combine the spinach, strawberries, and almonds in a large bowl. Toss with vinaigrette.
