This is a great summer dessert because it’s so light and airy! And the pudding mixture is not too sweet as to overpower the dessert. Depending upon your location in the country, strawberries are in season during the spring and summer and are perfect for desserts! This could be made for a Memorial Day or Fourth of July celebration – you could even add blueberries for patriotic coloring!

1 cup cold milk
1 cup { 8 oz.} sour cream
1 pkg instant vanilla pudding mix
1 tsp grated orange peel
2 cups heavy whipped cream, whipped
