Strawberry Yogurt Dip
One thing my kids love to eat…fruit, and lots of it. So once strawberries hit the stores after a long winter, they are cheap & we buy a lot of them. After a few times cutting them up into bite size pieces, well, I’m pretty much over it, and I run out of ways to serve up strawberries. Yogurt is another thing the kids gobble up, to combine both the strawberries and yogurt and make into a dip, makes sense to me. You can use any brand/style/flavor yogurt, I had strawberry on hand the day I
1/2 cup of diced strawberries
6 oz. yogurt (any brand/style/flavor)
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
6 oz. yogurt (any brand/style/flavor)
2 oz. cream cheese, softened
Blend yogurt and cream cheese until mixed well.
Stir in strawberries.
Serve with graham crackers, pita chips, pretzels or anything you can dip.
