A divine dinner option....not much to look at but your taste buds will thank you! Kid and husband approved! :)

1/2 cup onions, minced
1/4 cup margarine
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 t. garlic powder
2 T. flour
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. paprika
1 can cream of chicken
1 cup sour cream
White rice or noodles

Cook beef in skillet. While beef is cooking, melt butter in another skillet and saute onions in it. Once onions are done, add to the cooked beef. Stir in garlic, flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Saute for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Take off heat and stir in sour cream. Serve over white rice or noodles.
