Sugar Free, Coconut Raisin Oat Drops

Guilt-less oat drops.

1 cup Coconut Flakes
1 1/2 cup Oats
1/4 cup Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp All-Spice
1/2 cup Nuts
1/2 cup Raisins

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/4 cup Oil (Preferably vegetable)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. Preheat oven to 350, grease baking sheet. 2. In a large bowl, combine oats, flour, nuts, and coconut flakes. Stir in all-spice, cinnamon, and salt. Add in the raisins, making sure they don't clump. 3. In another bowl, combine oil, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir. 4. Roll into balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten slightly. Bake 20 minutes, and enjoy!
