What better to share for the 4th of July barbecue than a summer salad that's full of red, white and blue?!?! Serving Size is about 1-1/2 cups.

1 bag Lettuce/Spinach/Mixed Greens
1 Chicken Breast, cubed
8 Strawberries
3/4 cup Blueberries
1/3 cup Feta, crumbled
1/2 cup Almonds, sliced or slivered
3 Tablespoons Sugar
1/3 - 1/2 cup Poppy Seed Dressing, recipe below
