Sweet and Garlicky Glazed Pork Chops

Pork chops are classic comfort food and every cuisine has its own version of different pork chop recipes that are really delish. This Asian-inspired dish takes advantage of how Asians would like their pork chops to be cooked– with a bit of sweetness.

You can omit the cayenne pepper and change it to a more subtle flavor like star anise if you prefer a mild version of this dish.

1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tbsp honey
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
6 cloves garlic
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 1/2 lb boneless pork chops
1 cup beef stock
