1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup crunchy Sunbutter/Peanut/Almond butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 ripe banana, mashed
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup sunflower seeds (save 1/4 cup for topping bars)
1/2 cup carob or choco chips

1/2 cup maple syrup
