1 package extra firm tofu
1/2 cup corn starch
2 cups panko bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 eggs, beaten
Sweet and Sour Sauce:
1 Cup Granulated Sugar
4 TBSP ketchup
1/4 Cup White Vinegar
1/4 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
2 Tsp Garlic Salt
Optional:
Green bell peppers, cut in bite sizes
Red bell pepper cut in bite sizes.
