Sweet Apple Chicken and Brussels Sprouts

This healthy skillet with chicken sausage, brussels sprouts & apples can be made in less than 15 minutes. A quick and healthy one pan meal! (Gluten Free, Paleo, Dairy Free)

1 tablespoon avocado oil
1 package chicken apple sausage(I used Trader Joe's)
1 package shaved brussels sprouts
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1/2 cup chopped onion (optional)
1-2 fuji apples (thinly sliced, I used my mandolin)
1/3 cup water
1 tsp caraway seeds
1/4tsp lemon pepper
salt to taste (I used a sprinkle of garlic salt)
parsley garnish (optional)
