1 lb sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1/2 inch pieces
1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1/2 inch pieces
1 lb spicy sausage, casings removed and crumbled
1 orange pepper, halved and sliced
1 yellow pepper, halved and sliced
1 red onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 cup butter, divided
Salt and pepper
10 fresh sage leaves, left whole and on stem if possible + more for garnish
1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed into 1/2 inch pieces
1 lb spicy sausage, casings removed and crumbled
