1 1/2 c sweet potato ( cooked and mashed )
1 c sugar
3/4 c brown sugar
4 egg
1 1/2 c sour cream
2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
Maple Pecan Praline Sauce:
1 1/4 c brown sugar
1 c pecans ( chopped )
1/2 c salted butter
1/2 c heavy cream
1/4 c maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp kosher salt
