Sweet Thai Chili Chicken Stir Fry

A stir fry that is a little sweet and a little spicy.

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons cornstarch
4 tablespoons canola oil
2 bell peppers, sliced
2 cups frozen green beans, thawed
1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon sesame oil
1 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
3 cups cooked brown rice
  1. Dice the chicken into small cubes/pieces and pat dry with paper towels. Place the chicken into a large bowl and pour 1 tablespoon canola oil over top and mix until all chicken pieces are coated....
