Swiss Chard Hummus with Pickled Chard Stems

3 tbsp tahini
3 garlic cloves
1 1/2 limes
1 tbsp coriander
1/2 tbsp cumin
3 cups chard
2 cups cooked lentils
1/3 cup cilantro
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cumin

Add the tahini, garlic, lime juice, coriander, cumin, and chard leaves to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth. Add the lentils and seasonings and again, mix until completely smooth....
