1.25 lbs. Jenni-O Taco Seasoned Ground Turkey
1 cup black beans, drained
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup grated mild cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups grated colby jack cheese, divided
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 large tomato, chopped
