Tacos Dorados or Flautas as some call them, are a major part of Mexico’s famous antojitos (literally “little cravers”), and they can be eaten at any time of day. They can be filled with anything from shredded beef to shredded pork, chicken or even mashed potatoes like my mama always makes! They are simply delicious. I remember when I was a little girl I could eat these delicious little taquitos all day, and I guess not much has changed, because I still can!

10 Corn Tortillas
1 Cup of Shredded meat (anything mentioned above - chicken, beef, pork, or potatoes)
1/2 Cup of Finely chopped lettuce
1 Cup Pico de gallo
1 Can of Table Cream
1/2 Cup of Grated Cheese
