There are few things I enjoy more than a good beef sandwich, and brisket is about as good as it gets. Several years ago while living in Wichita, Kansas I was introduced to a brisket that had real potential. I went home and tweaked the recipe a few times until I found the right combinations of flavors. This tender brisket has spice, a little heat, incredible flavor and is sure to please.
