Bibimbap is a super popular Korean dish, with Korean seasoning vegetables and stir fry beef on rice.
600 g Steamed rice
300 g Beef mince
100 g Watercress
2 Carrots
2.5 tsp Garlic ( grated )
2 tbsp White sesame
5 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sake ( Dry white wine )
4 eggs
dipping sauce:
2 tbsp Goucujang
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
300 g Beef mince
100 g Watercress
2 Carrots
2.5 tsp Garlic ( grated )
2 tbsp White sesame
5 tbsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Sake ( Dry white wine )
4 eggs
dipping sauce:
2 tbsp Goucujang
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil

1. Julienne the carrots.
2. Heat the frying pan over medium heat and add 1/2 tsp of grated garlic.
