Brussels sprouts, you hate them or you love them. You hate them because of your childhood memories. You'll love them after reading this recipe and making it yourself.
10 oz Brussels sprouts, cleaned and cut into bite-size pieces (or halved)
4 oz bacon, chopped
1/4 c walnut pieces
1/4 c pomegranate seeds
1 tsp salt and pepper (adjust to your liking)
2 Tbsp butter
olive oil as needed

Kosher or sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice

Set a large sauté pan over high heat. Add oil and Brussels sprouts and season well with salt and pepper. Don't move the pan for 5 minutes, for light browning.

1 1/2 cups Red grapes ( washed )
1 Tbsp. Fresh Thyme ( substitute 1/2 tsp. dried )
1/4 cup Walnuts ( chopped )
2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
