Prosciutto and melon is a classic antipasto, and with good reason. The combination of savory and salty cured Italian ham together with a sweet juicy cantaloupe complement each other so well, it's a match made in heaven. And you can put this dish together in just a few minutes…but first let's learn some more:

Gentle Breeze is a light, smooth combination, sweetened with a bit of honey. It has a major nutrient boost with chia seeds, which also add a pleasant bit of texture.
