Flavorful CARNE ASADA FRIES are a California favorite! Featuring grilled steak, cheesy fries, and loaded with Mexican toppings, this dish is darn delicious!
These carne asada fries are LOADED with goodness, and they would make the perfect Super Bowl snack!
1 lb steak ( cut into bite-size pieces )
3 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup olive oil ( divided )
2 teaspoons minced garlic
salt and pepper ( to taste )
2 medium russet potatoes, cut into 1/4\" strips
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
pico de gallo ( for topping )
guacamole ( for topping )
sour cream ( for topping )

salt and pepper ( to taste )

2 lbs flank steak ( fajita meat, thin steak )
2 lbs french fries
2 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese
Sour Cream ( Guacamole, Pico de gallo and other desired toppings )
Marinade:
1/4 cup worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chili powder
2 Tbs cilantro ( chopped )
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 Tbs fresh lime juice
4 minced garlic cloves
2 lbs french fries
2 cup shredded Montery Jack cheese
Sour Cream ( Guacamole, Pico de gallo and other desired toppings )
Marinade:
1/4 cup worcestershire Sauce

Chop meat into bite sized pieces and add to a 1 gallon zip lock baggie.
