Seafood Newburg Recipe (Scallops, Shrimp, and Cod in a Sherry Cream Sauce)
Seafood Newburg is a delicious, romantic dish. My take on a classic is to be flexible with the type of seafood and simplify the sauce without compromising taste.

This creamy fish dish will raise your spirits. It's simple to make, but packed with flavor. It does use some butter, but substitutes milk with almond milk.
You can add a touch of ground nutmeg for additional flavor. You can also add a teaspoon of smoked paprika to add that smoky and hot taste. Aside from spinach, you can add some baby broccoli and herbs such as dill for freshness.

Fish Veracruz is a traditional dish, but making it a filling for a taco is a different story. Tacos are snacks, but they can also be made into a meal.
You can add slices of red and yellow bell pepper to add some sweetness and peppery notes. The Veracruz-style sauce traditionally accompanies red snapper, but it works well with any white-fleshed fish and of course with salmon. You can also tweak the recipe by adding some diced carrots and celery for added crunch.

Delicious Cod & Pork Belly en Croute: In culinary terms, en croute indicates a food that has been wrapped in pastry dough and then baked in the oven. Whitefish and pork is very common in Hawaii. Braising the pork with rosé wine is a different story.
Infusing wine flavor will enhance the meat's tenderness and at the same time add a citrusy and crisp flavor. You can also infuse other herbs during the braising process of the pork belly. You can add rosemary and thyme for a delicious flavor note. Or you can braise the pork in a luscious and big white wine.
