Blueberry Cobbler with Cookie Dough Crust is the best dessert idea! Scoops of buttery sugar cookie dough are placed over blueberry filling. Yum!
Layers of brownie, no bake cheesecake, and cookie dough bites turn this into a decadent pie that you have to try.
For the Brownie Layer
1 refrigerated pie crust
1 brownie mix ( for a 9x13 pan )
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water

For the Cheesecake Layer
1 ( 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened )

These Caramel-y Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars are a piece of heaven, to put it simply! A wonderful bar filled with gooey, warm, oozing caramel. It doesn't get better than that, folks!

11 oz. bag caramels
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp. butter
Cookie Dough
1 1/2 sticks butter ( salted )
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 eggs ( room temperature )
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. old fashioned oats
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. chocolate chips (or however much you'd like)
11 oz. bag caramels
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 Tbsp. butter
Cookie Dough
1 1/2 sticks butter ( salted )

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
2 eggs ( room temperature )
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 c. old fashioned oats
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper. This is important as it will save you from taking a butter knife to your pan afterwards to scrape off hardened caramel.
