I love entertaining, even if it is for a smaller group these days. I look forward to dinners with my kids, their spouses, and especially my little grandson. I always try to serve foods that’ll keep them wanting to come back for more, like my Corn Dip.
2 cans (15.25 oz) whole kernel sweet corn
1/2 cup onions ( diced )
1 can (4 oz) green chilis ( fire-roasted and diced )
1/3 package block style cream cheese ( full fat )
3/4 cup Mozzarella Cheese ( shredded )
3/4 cup Pepperjack Cheese
1/2 cup LALA Crema Mexicana
1 package tortilla chips
cilantro ( for garnish )

3 pieces medium tomatoes ( seeded and roughly chopped )
3 pieces garlic cloves ( finely minced )
1 piece large yellow, orange or green pepper ( chopped )
1/2 c. green onions ( sliced )
2 T. fresh cilantro ( chopped )
1 piece jalapeno ( finely chopped and seeds removed )
1 piece large fresh lime ( juiced )
1/4 t. salt

For the Hamburger:
1-1/2 lbs. lean ground beef

To Plate and Serve:

Everybody loves dip recipes, right? I think this salsify recipe is a keeper. This dipping sauce recipe is smoky, a bit sour and creamy, and super tasty. A perfect dip for an afternoon snack idea or starter for your family meal.
Salsify is the starting point for this recipe. Yes, salsify. It's a root that tastes a bit like oysters. It'll be great in a dip with some smoked sour cream all slathered on a bit of fluffy flatbread.
A dip and bread is a classic appetizer, right? This bread course will be great with sparkling wine. Oysters and sparkling wine are a classic combo. We'll see if this oyster flavored vegetable works with these bright wines too.
1 cup diced red bell pepper
2 clove garlic
