Most people use the oyster sauce for the seasoning but in this recipe, soy sauce and dry white wine are being used for a lighter flavor notes. The freshness of fresno chili gives the dish some heat and color. You can use a thumb-sized ginger and cut it into strips to add heat and some gingery notes instead of using chilies. Adding some vegetables will be a great addition to a nutrient-packed meal. This stir-fried seafood recipe is perfect with white wine as an accompaniment drink.

8 oz Fennel
14 oz Seafood Mix
1 oz shallots

Savory Littleneck Clams in Wine

Clams and wines are classic go-to partners. This flavor combination is well-balanced. That is why most of the clam recipes always take advantage of wine as a pairing, not just a drink, but also as one of the main components in the dish.

For additional flavor notes, you can add a stalk of lemongrass or a bunch of dill. You can also add some vegetables such as corn or potatoes to add body to the dish. A bit of cream and saffron would also be wonderful in this dish.

1 cup dry white wine
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 lemon
1 cup vegetable stock
Salt and pepper to taste

Greek-Style Slow-Roasted Pork

This Greek-style Slow Cooked Pork shoulder is so easy to make and is worth the effort. First, it gets slowly roasted in the oven and it is covered with foil. So, it will not get burned or overcooked and dry. And you don't have to keep an eye on it all the time. Typically, a Greek-style roast must include ingredients such as garlic, oregano and lemon. That is true in this dish. It's so amazingly tasty and any leftovers can be a great base in making soups or sandwiches.

30 oz Pork Shoulder
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp salt
4 cloves garlic
12 oregano sprigs
12 thyme sprigs

Paella is a traditional Spanish rice dish from the city of Valencia. It is one of the best-known dishes in Spanish cuisine. 1 tsp dried thyme
10 ounces rice

14 ounces canned tomatoes
32 fluid ounces beef stock
1 tsp saffron threads
1 tsp tomato puree
4 ounces mussels
3 ounces shrimp
2 ounces squid
3 ounces Chorizo
3 ounces beef tenderloin
1 lemon
1 ounce flat-leaf parsley
4
  1. Add oil to a heated skillet.
  2. Sauté the minced onions until translucent and add the beef after cutting into thin slices.
  3. Add the rice and sauté for 3 minutes.
