Stone Fruit Caprese Salad is a summery dish made using fresh, seasonal heirloom tomatoes, colored cherry tomatoes, and stone fruits like cherries, nectarines, peaches, apricots, and plums. Topped with creamy burrata cheese and basil, this wonderful recipe is seasoned with FIVE extra virgin olive oil and sea salt.

There's just something about this fruit that makes it refreshing like no other…the soft red flesh of the fruit, juice dripping down your arm. It's the best! But let's kick it up a notch, add just a few more ingredients, and make a fruit salad that's worthy of a hot summer afternoon or a dinner party with friends. And best of all, this salad is so easy, it'll be ready in just a few minutes!
3 c watermelon, cubed
6 strawberries, sliced
1/2 c blueberries
4 mint leaves, torn into small pieces
1/2 c feta cheese, crumbled

I’m loving all of the fresh, juicy berries that are in season right now! Whether you serve this fruit salad as a dessert or side dish, it is sure to be a hit!
1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese
1 (3.4 ounce) pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 cups milk
2 cups strawberries ( hulled and sliced )
2 cups red seedless grapes
1 cup raspberries
1 cup blueberries

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy.
Add vanilla pudding mix and mix to combine.

I LOVE this time of year because it’s BERRY season! I think I’ve had strawberries at every meal for two weeks now! We had some friends over for dinner the other night and I realized I didn’t have a side to go with it. I threw together this simple berry salad, and it was a total crowd pleaser (and I didn’t have to buy a single ingredient!!).
2 cups strawberries ( quartered )
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups blackberries
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 Tablespoon apple juice
1 lime
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups blackberries
1 1/2 cups raspberries
1 Tablespoon apple juice

Toss together strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and apple juice.
Zest lime, and set zest aside.
Squeeze the juice of the lime over the berries, then top with lime zest.

In a large bowl, toss together spring mix salad, walnuts, dried cherries, gorgonzola cheese, and diced pears.
