Garlic herb compound butter is one of the easiest, tastiest, and most versatile condiments you can whip up in minutes. Use it on anything from steaks and fish to vegetables, like grilled corn and baked potatoes, and don't forget to try it on some french baguette!
1/2 c unsalted butter
2 Tbsp parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp sage, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt and pepper - more to taste

Garlic Herb Crockpot Mash Potatoes will be a huge time saver for you this Thanksgiving. Let the crockpot do all the work and free up precious space on your stovetop. These mash potatoes are creamy, comforting, and packed with garlicy herb flavors.
3 lbs russet potatoes ( peeled and diced )
2 teaspoons salt
8 cloves garlic ( cut in half )
1 cup water
Fresh Rosemary ( A Sprig )
Fresh Thyme ( A couple of sprigs )
1 cup 2% milk ( start with 1/4 cup and add if needed )

Additional salt and pepper to taste
Fresh chives ( for garnish )
