During my stay down at Fitness Ridge, they served up delicious smoothies every morning for breakfast. Since being back home, I have been making a smoothie every morning and this is definitely one of my tried-and-true favorites. ½ cup fresh or frozen blueberries
½ avocado ( pitted and sliced )

When I first heard the term “green smoothie”, I was immediately turned off. Let’s be honest- a green drink doesn’t look exactly appetizing. However, don’t knock it until you have tried it! You might actually be surprised at how amazing a green smoothie tastes despite it’s unappetizing color. This smoothie is really one of my favorites!
1 cup frozen peaches ( or 1 fresh peach )

These smoothies are healthy and are a great way to get some fruit in your diet! My kids absolutely love them! You can easily double this recipe if you want to make more than 2 smoothies.
