My brown sugar ham glaze has just the perfect amount of sweet and tart to satisfy everyone's taste at the holiday table this year.
4 Tbsp butter
1 c brown sugar ( packed )
1/4 c honey
1 Tbsp brown mustard
1/2 c pineapple juice
1/4 c apple juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves

This Carrot Apple Zucchini Bread recipe is incredibly moist and flavorful! Vibrant colors from the carrot, apple, and zucchini makes this quick bread irresisitble! Sure to be a new favorite!
1 cup unsalted butter ( melted )
2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs ( room temperature )
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3¼ all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
2½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of ground nutmeg
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup diced ( peeled apple Granny Smith, Fuji, whatever you have on hand )
½ cup pecans ( chopped )
2 cups granulated sugar
3 eggs ( room temperature )
¼ cup fresh orange juice
1 tbsp vanilla extract
3¼ all-purpose flour
½ tsp salt
2½ tsp baking powder
¾ tsp baking soda
1 tbsp cinnamon
pinch of ground cloves
pinch of ground nutmeg
2 cups shredded carrots
1 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup diced ( peeled apple Granny Smith, Fuji, whatever you have on hand )
½ cup pecans ( chopped )

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

3/4 c. canola oil
2 large eggs
1 1/4 c. canned pumpkin

2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg

Chocolate marble:
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 large egg
1/3 c. sugar
dash of salt
3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips ( melted )
Glaze:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk ( more or less, depending on how thick or thin you want it )
