1/2 lb ground lamb
1/2 pound beef
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup diced yellow onion
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg beaten
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Siracha
1 tsp Allspice
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dried parsley leaves
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Easy Mediterranean Moussaka

Classic Moussaka is an eggplant or potato-based dish with ground meat, a staple of Mediterranean cuisine. Instead of using beef, lamb meat was used to add more umami flavor and to create a deeper flavor profile for this dish.
