Baked Ambrosia

Healthy Smoothie Bowl – Banana “ice cream” topped with Berry Chia Jam, fresh fruit, coconut, and hemp hearts.

2 bananas ( sliced and completely frozen )

Fresh berries
Toppings: coconut flakes, hemp hearts, flax seeds, nuts, cashew butter, etc.
